ACCOMMODATIONS
With growing interest in Calibrate camps, accommodations are in high demand. To create a fair and efficient booking process, we have implemented a lottery system for the 2025 Calibrate Accommodation Bookings.
Lottery Sign-up
Youth Pastors can enter the lottery by clicking the sign-up button below. The sign-up period is open until April 14th.
Confirmation Email
Two weeks before booking day, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned booking time slot(s) and your position in the lottery order (e.g., 2/10). This email will also include a link to the registration form(s).
Booking Day – April 29th
On April 29th, you will have the opportunity to secure accommodations for your youth group during your designated time slot(s). We encourage you to mark this date in your calendar.

Worship
Paul Bastian has been the Student Ministries Pastor at Embassy Church for the past 4 years. He’s passionate about seeing the next generation grow in their faith and step into all God has for them. Paul is all about building real relationships—he loves hanging out with friends, catching a good movie, and being intentional with every student he leads. His heart is to create a space where youth feel seen, valued, and challenged to go deeper with Jesus.
Ryan King has been a part of worship ministry for over 10 years now and is grateful for the opportunity to be the worship leader at Calibrate Jr. High 2025! He's grown up attending camp and playing on worship teams at OVPC and cherishes the experiences he has had with Jesus during those worship moments. He looks forward to joining together in song and praising Jesus together!
