Who can enter the accommodation lottery?

The lottery is open to Youth Pastors registering a group for Calibrate Jr. High and/or Sr. High at LPC.

What if accommodations sell out before our time slot?

If accommodations sell out, our team will work closely with you to find creative solutions to help secure accommodations for your group. While options may vary, we are committed to partnering with you to make attendance possible.

Should we explore accommodations outside of LPC Calibrate options?

Yes! We strongly encourage leaders to explore private accommodation options, including privately owned cottages or trailers at LPC. We also recommend reaching out to your congregants, as many LPC leaseholders (owners of cottages and trailers at LPC) attend churches across EOND. You may have housing connections available that you’re not yet aware of.

With growing interest in Calibrate camps, accommodations are in high demand. To create a fair and efficient booking process, we have implemented a lottery system for the 2026 Calibrate Accommodation Bookings.

LOTTERY SIGN-UP
Youth Pastors can enter the lottery by clicking the sign-up button. The sign-up period is open until March 27th.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Two weeks before booking day, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned booking time slot(s) and your position in the lottery order (e.g., 2/10).

BOOKING DAY - APRIL 14TH

On April 14th, you will have the opportunity to secure accommodations for your youth group during your designated time slot(s). We encourage you to mark this date in your calendar.

Jr. High accommodations: Morning booking
Sr. High accommodations: Afternoon booking

On April 14, you will book accommodations during your designated time slot. You will receive an email with your booking link 15 minutes before your scheduled booking window opens. Once your booking window begins, you will have 15 minutes to select your accommodations and complete payment. • Jr. High accommodations: Morning booking • Sr. High accommodations: Afternoon booking We strongly recommend marking this date and your assigned time slot in your calendar to ensure you don’t miss your booking window.
