Are accommodations guaranteed when I register?

No. Accommodation selections made during registration are considered requests only. All accommodations are confirmed after our team reviews submissions.

How will accommodations be assigned?

Accommodations are assigned based on availability, group size, and the preferences selected during registration. Our goal is to place groups in their preferred option whenever possible.

When is accommodation payment due?

Once your accommodations are confirmed, full payment is required to secure your rooms.

Can we change our accommodation selection after registering?

Requests for changes can be submitted, but changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

What happens if our preferred accommodation is unavailable?

If your first choice is unavailable, our team will assign the next best available option and communicate this with you at the time of confirmation.

Should we review accommodations before registering?

Yes! We strongly encourage all groups to review accommodation options in advance so you are prepared to make informed selections during registration.

Included in registration cost:

Encounters, program, activities, and meals.

Not included:

Accommodations, transportation, and tuck/merch purchases.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO:

Registration is limited to 225 total participants (including leaders). Once capacity is reached, registration will close. All registrations are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another group if needed.

In light of the changes for 2026, including the addition of two new Calibrate camps, we are updating our accommodations process!

When purchasing your Calibrate tickets, you will be asked to select your preferred accommodation options as part of the registration process. These selections are considered requests, not confirmations.

Our team will review all accommodation requests and will confirm accommodations no later than June 12th. Once your accommodation has been confirmed, full payment will be required in order to secure your rooms.

We strongly encourage you to review all available accommodation options before purchasing your tickets, as this will help you make informed selections during registration.
